Processing Time 

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. 

Shipping

Once your items have been shipped you will receive a shipping notification via email – please check your spam folders, with tracking information where applicable.

Within Australia -

Regular and Express Post options via Australia Post.

International -

Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, please proceed to the shipping section of the checkout to enter your location for postage options and pricing.  Upon proceeding, pricing will convert from Australian Dollars to your location currency.  If your location is not available, please contact us asap at hello@bloombelleco.com and we will check postage and add to the postage zones. 

Estimated Shipping Times

IMPORTANT COVID19 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELAYS: as at 22/5/20 Australia Post is either unable to deliver to some international destinations or there are very long delays. In most cases we are still able to offer international shipping via FedEx where Australia Post is unable to deliver or there are significant shipping delays. As per your selected shipping option at check out. 

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose & postal service terms & conditions at time of posting. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bloom Belle Co. is not responsible for delays due to customs. 

Returns and Exchanges

We are sure you will adore your product.  If for any reason you are not happy, you may advise us of the return request within 7 days of receipt of your parcel, and if approved, must be returned at your return postage cost in the original unused condition.  Once we receive your item, we will confirm approval of refund, minus a 10% process fee.

If you request to cancel your preorder and contact us with your request beyond 24 hours of purchase, a 10% fee will incur to the refund, which are the fee’s that we are charged for your original transactions.

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests we feel are unreasonable or for products part of a collaboration or promotion where by the terms have been outlined stating no refunds, cancellations or exchanges apply. 

We Don't Accept Cancellations

However please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Changes to confirmed orders may incur a service fee. 

The Following Items Can't Be Returned or Exchanged:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale
  • products part of a collaboration or promotion where by the terms have been outlined stating no refunds, cancellations or exchanges apply. 

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
